Guilty Indulgence "Every human being is made in the image of God and he makes no mistakes." LOVED Eli as soon as he showed up on the page. He made me laugh so hard I had tears in my eyes. And poor Seth had no idea how to handle it. Eli is young and brash and so eager to experience everything. His personality jumped off the pages and pulled you right in. Seth may have been a little more reserved but he was no less engaging. I loved the way that he tried to guide Eli but never tried to change him. The time that he took to figure out who "he" was, was authentic and believable. The uncertainty that he felt made sense. Watching these two build a friendship and grow together through that relationship was captivating and I could not put this book down. The author took me through the years of their lives and made them so real. One of the most beautiful books I have read, and also one of the funniest. I don't know the last time that I laughed so hard, from one catastrophe to the next. This book has everything you could ask for in a romance and then some. I could not recommend a better read if you are looking for something with a genuine, romantic feel.

Hearts on Fire Reviews I am not even sure how to review this aww-inducing book without getting all mushy and gushing going sappy-Mandy all over the place. This book hit on so many of my * love it * buttons. ... There is so much fun in this story. The weddings poor Seth has to officiate, he really does deserve hazard pay. .... This is such a wonderfully sweet story, Eli matures, but in a lot of ways so does Seth. They really do grow together. It had me chuckling at the weddings and the men's families and sighing and smiling watching how perfect they are for each other. ... I loved this book and can absolutely recommend it to all Cardeno C fans and anyone who loves a real romantic story with a wonderful Happy End.

Hearts on Fire Reviews I would recommend this book for MM romance fans who like the development of a relationship as well as the hot scenes. This one is funny as well as heart warming and you get appearances by several characters from the other books. A fantastic series that I really enjoyed reading and highly recommend.

Joyfully Jay Seth and Eli are wonderful characters. ...Eli's unrequited love and Seth's confusion and fear, they are two emotionally-driven characters. And so perfect for one another. I enjoyed Seth's journey of self-discovery. Finding and accepting himself and then accepting his feelings for Eli show Seth in a whole new, stronger, more confident light. And Eli's growth and maturity, his journey from child to man, is great. To see the lust-addled boy grow into an amazing, confident (still lust-addled) man is a beautiful part of this book. And to see those men dance around one another throughout their lives only to find each other at the perfect time. ... So, not only is this story a beautiful tale of true love, meant to be, soul mates - whatever you want to call it - it's also a hilarious peek into the life of a rabbi and his many adventures into weddings. I'm telling you guys, the "wedding curse" that Seth suffers had me rolling with laughter, tears running down my face.

Live Your Life, Buy the Book This was such an enjoyable story. I love Eli's vibrant personality. He is in touch with who he is and what he wants. He is sweet, caring, and so young when we first start this book. Seth is the careful one, the one who has his life planned out. Eli calls him "old man" and it fits, as he always plays it safe and has responsible adult advice when Eli talks to him. It was fun watching them both grow and change throughout the story. Cardeno C. has a lovely way of telling a story. It is humorous, sweet and thoughtful. Some of my favorite parts involve the weddings that Seth officiated as a rabbi. After the first one, I realized eating and drinking while reading could be hazardous to my health because I was laughing so much. Even though this was the last book in the series, I never felt I was missing something....I have come to adore Cardeno C.'s work. I know I will enjoy a well-written, thoughtful story with a happy ending. I definitely recommend this book and look forward to going back and reading the rest of this series.
