If you are in the mood for a shifter romance, read this book. If you are in the mood for a story with just the right amount of angst, happy moments and romance, read this book. If you are in the mood for an all-around fantastic read that will live with you long after you finished it, read this book! I loved every second I spent reading Johnnie and I'm not ashamed to admit I read it again the next day. Johnnie is definitely going to be a book this reader will read again and again. I loved it and I can't recommend it high enough.

This is definitely a book written for the smiles and feel-good moments

It was a sweet, sexy and easy read... I loved the two MC's, I loved the simple, yet not so simple storyline... Some of the brother banter scenes are hilarious and I felt myself flinching and giggling from familiarity. This is a character driven story and it is well written. Not too heavy, if it was a movie it would be a romcom. ... The whole build up and the "normal" development of their relationship is handled beautifully by CC. The evolution of trust and patience is beautiful to read, and Emilio actually listens to some of the advice from his family, especially his sister. The secondary characters featured are strong and in perfect support for Emilio and Spencer. ... The sex was hot and sweet at the same time.

This story really had a lot of great ups and interesting downs for the characters but I quite enjoyed the emotional rollercoaster.

Perfect Imperfections reminds us that for all of our flaws, there is someone out there who finds our imperfections perfect. Love isn't about finding someone perfect, but rather about finding that person who is perfect for you. This is a beautifully written love story with plenty of humor and super-hot meaningful sex. I know I will read this book again … many, many times. Cardeno has definitely made a new fan and I cannot wait to read more of this author's work.
