I’d been Alpha of my pack for three years and I still hated it. Well, hate might be a little strong, but I surely didn’t enjoy it. What was there to enjoy? Settling arguments and conflicts between grown people who acted like children? Ensuring our territory remained protected from potential threats no matter the hour of day or night? Blessing the unions of dozens of couples and officiating ceremonies naming their children and accepting them into the pack, never to have the chance of experiencing that joy for myself?

I liked that Abel was both tough and could be caring and sensitive to Kai's needs. Their desire and eventual claiming was electric. I also enjoyed seeing Kai given the chance to take back his power and soar as an alpha for the first time. The devotion and bond these two had and fortified was a joy to read.
Holy Hell, this is a fantastic hurt/comfort story that hits you hard ...I loved this story and absolutely adore Kai and Abel, both men have been through a lot ...This really is a brilliant story that pulls on the heart strings and has you cheering when Kai gets his revenge, I loved how easily they put the past behind them, they refuse to let the past drag them down… that doesn't mean that it doesn't leave it's scars on Kai because it does but with the security of his mate he can deal.
short, sweet and yet so beautiful. I just fell in love with these two men, found myself crying. Then once the drama was kicked and killed, it was smooth sailing to romance-land and I just got my goofy smile on, and on, and on....All of Me by Cardeno C. is just so beautifully written and it is a very light read. Again, one of the few novella length stories that did not leave me hanging for lack of information, and with characters and plot developing well, it did set my heart to pitter patter in the best way possible and I just grinned goofy. Yes, I did cry, but the story more than made up for the tears as it progressed. And I just fell in love, glad nothing could get past these two alphas once they bonded. The strength these two displayed - they are ALPHA! men. Hot! too...
KindleRomance: I really enjoyed this shifter romance filled with hurt, forgiveness and pack politics. ...My heart was breaking for each of them as the story unravels, but at the same time, the deep love these two had for each other made it very apparent that they could work through anything. These two strong characters, along with an interesting plot and the other members of the pack, kept the story flowing quickly. Being a part of their emotional reunion and watching them share their love with each other made for a passionate and touching romance.Karla says: Right from the beginning I was drawn into this sweet heartwarming story. Not only did I enjoy the chemistry and ensuing passion between Abel and Kai, I also enjoyed the overall family (pack) element and the support and wisdom they brought along with it.
