I was totally in the mood for some sweet M/M contemporary romance and Not a Game delivered. It so delivered. This one is on the top of my Cardeno C. favorites list. If you need an angst-free, loving romance with some hot sex, Not a Game is perfect.
How does this author do it? delivery of winners after winners, after winners every time and this book adding another trophy to that already sizeable collection!
Now, this is not your usual sexy alpha man with the hunky-dory body where his head disappears from the breadth of his wide shoulders, pecs bursting out of his tees or arms ripping his sleeves. No. Think the other way around. Think, normal man meets a cuter than normal man and they fall in love. Simple. Madly romantic.
I loved the banter between these two. I found myself laughing quite a few times. It's also the kind of story you've come to love about CC. That sweet, charming, gives me the "aww" feels. She's where I come to when I need to satisfy my sweet tooth, and she doesn't let me down.
