I loved seeing both of these characters interact.  Even though Kyle is constantly trading barbs with Brent there doesn’t seem to be too much fight behind them.  Kyle is amazed when he does finally open his eyes to really see Brent.  I loved Brent’s attitude towards Kyle, knowing that he uses is attitude as a defense mechanism he slowly begins to break down his walls until they crumble.  Both of these characters are sweet deep down and really just want someone to love them.

Jumping In by Cardeno C. was a quick sexy read that satisfied and tantalized the senses....Together, the men set the sheets ablaze and wormed their way into each other’s hearts and this reader.

I recommend Strange Bedfellows to someone looking for a low-drama, thoughtful romance.

Let me tell you...this is the hottest, sexiest book from Cardeno C. yet! ... This was one of the best opposites attracts book that I've read in a long time. It was able to capture everything just right between Jason and Abe. Between the sweet, loving, nurturer that is Abe, and the dirty talking, slightly detached, but willing to concede Jason, it really just clicked into one of the best m/m romances that I've read this year. ...I was so sucked into The Half of Us that when I finished it, I wanted to turn around and re-read it. It was just that good of a story for me. The characters were spot on, the story painted a fantastic portrait of a developing relationship, and kept you hooked into it until the very last word.

If you're already a fan, it's a must read/listen. If you've never read this author's work before...well, what better way to start than with a brand new series with sexy, growly shifters.
