The Book Vixen This is a sweet and spicy novella with lovely characters, a fated romance, and a unique way of telling the story. This non-linear story features a young Shiloh who wakes from a suicide attempt but with a near-death experience that provides him great hope for his future, one with EMT Travis in it. Travis saved Shiloh and doesn't leave his side and the two form a bond. These are very likable characters that get an emotional and erotic romance with a near fated quality to it.

This story isn't like anything I have ever read before. Maybe it was a Hanukkah miracle, maybe it is what truly happens at a time like this. Most of us will never know, but Shiloh had the experience of a lifetime... literally. ... Like I said before, this is a very original story and there is a little Hanukkah magic and the spirit of the holiday season will creep right into your heart. This is definitely another win for Cardeno C.

The Geekery Book Review

I enjoyed these stories immensely and the narration of the audio book seemed to fit perfectly for me. I felt so deeply for the characters and their experiences, getting consumed by their journeys to find true love. Cardeno C can write such powerful love stories and these two definitely lived up to my expectations. As with any time I finish a CC book, I’m looking forward to what is coming next!
